1. Introduction

Welcome to DigiLift. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Services

DigiLift provides digital solutions for local businesses, including website development, e-commerce platforms, online appointment systems, mobile apps, ERP systems, cloud solutions and other web-based products.

3. Use of Third-Party Services

To provide our services, DigiLift may utilize various third-party services and technologies. These may include, but are not limited to, hosting providers, content delivery networks, AI services, and other tools that enhance our ability to deliver quality services to our customers. By using DigiLift's services, you acknowledge and agree that your data may be processed or stored using these third-party services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

4. Pricing and Billing

Our pricing is based on the plan you choose. Please note the following specifics:

  • Top-Level Domain (TLD) pricing is subject to availability and current market rates. For the Professional and Enterprise plans, if the domain cost per year exceeds 10% of the plan cost, you will have to bear the additional cost.
  • For the Basic plan, customer support sessions exceeding the included amount will be billed at ₹199 per additional session.
  • Data storage: First 5GB-Month is free. Additional storage is charged at ₹299 per GB-Month. Database operations are billed at ₹799 per million write operations and ₹499 per million read operations, with the first 250,000 writes and 1 million reads per month always free.
  • Website traffic: 10GB of traffic per month is included. Overages are billed at ₹99 per GB-Month.
  • Advertising costs are not included in our plans and will be billed separately according to the platform used (typically Google AdSense).
  • API charges, if applicable, are billed separately as per the platform. For instance, WhatsApp typically charges for business API calls.
  • Email service: 500 emails per month and 100 emails per day are included free. Additional usage will be billed separately.

5. Payment Processing

We implement Stripe as our default payment gateway. They charge a flat rate of 2.9% + ₹25 per successful transaction. If you prefer a different payment gateway, you will be responsible for any associated onboarding costs.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

7. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the Site is strictly prohibited.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DigiLift, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will always post the most current version on our site. By continuing to use the Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
